Our in house Inventory services department can provide everything from a one off inspection of your property to a comprehensive detailed inventory (including colour photographs) which is attractively bound and will ensure that end of tenancy disputes are swiftly settled.

With fuel bills constantly rising our trained Domestic Energy Assessors can advise how to make your property more efficient and are qualified to issue the Energy Performance Certificate which is now a legal requirement when letting a property. Oaklets are accredited by Elmhurst Energy to carry out Energy Performance Inspections.

Moreover, Oaklets are authorised to hold deposits by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and will ensure that you comply with the law by properly registering your tenant's deposit at the start of the tenancy.
